POSTE ITALIANE: For the shipment of biscuit cutters and/or small and light items only, we use the efficient and economical service of the Italian Post Office POSTA1 .
We will provide the shipping code and you can check the delivery outcome from the official POSTE.IT website
NB The postman will leave the package in the mailbox, so we strongly advise you to keep an eye on it in the days following the order.
The code provided is not actual tracking but a proof of delivery, which can be verified on the Poste.it website

Express courier:

For orders over 79 euros (for customers resident in Italy) shipping will be free and via express courier.

Return and refund:

Returns are accepted in the following ways:
• Contact the staff within 3 days of delivery
• Send the items back within 14 days of delivery with a traceable method.

Due to their nature, returns of personalized products are not accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The size indicated always refers to the longest part of the cookie cutter. Unless otherwise specified in the description text of the item for sale, the standard size of our cookie cutters is 7/8 cm.
